Systemprepo.io provides a platform designed to help users develop, validate, and demonstrate technical knowledge through structured content, challenges, and evaluation systems. Users may access free features and upgrade to premium plans for additional capabilities including advanced content, filtering, and verification mechanisms. Due to the nature of user and research information for each system design topic, "asked at" may not be 100% accurate. Premium access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
The Service uses third-party services such as Stripe for payments and Clerk for authentication.
All sales are final.
There are no strict age limits; however, users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate information and use the Service lawfully. You must not cheat, exploit, or manipulate rankings, including collusion or teaming to gain unfair advantage. We may also use bots to test features and for general use on the platform. You must not interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or attempt to bypass system protections.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Systemprepo.io is not liable for losses resulting from failure to secure your account.
Payments for premium plans are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Premium plans include monthly recurring and annually recurring payments ($17/month, or $125/year). Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law, in cases of technical issues preventing access, or unauthorized transactions. The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including payment processors and communication tools. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. Systemprepo.io is not responsible for their availability, reliability, or data practices.
All content, including questions, solutions, platform design, and materials, is owned by Systemprepo.io or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
Systemprepo.io provides tools to support learning and evaluation. We do not guarantee job offers, performance outcomes, or success. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any resulting decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Systemprepo.io is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without prior notice. systemprepo is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the platform. Upon termination, access to premium features may be revoked without refund.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

You can delete your account anytime in the Account page under 'Manage Account'. After doing so, you won't be able to navigate to any other page, or even logout. You will also be removed from our mailing list. Since we store no identifiable information about you, with the only 'personal' piece of information being your email, there is no real upside to deleting your account. We still provide this option if you would like to. Deleted accounts can be restored by contacting support@systemprepo.io from the account associated with the deleted email. Alternatively, one can create a new account with a separate email after clearing their browser's cookies and cache.
